Conlog Oy acquires SK-LIFT Oy

Conlog Oy, headquartered in Oulu, Finland, and owned by the Swedish company System Engineering Solutions 37 (SES37), has purchased all the shares of the Finnish firm SK-LIFT Oy, a manufacturer of hydraulic mast systems. Following the corporate acquisition, SK-LIFT will become Conlog’s subsidiary and a part of the expanding SES Group and its Nordic operations.

SK-LIFT has been a reliable supplier for the defence industry since 2008. The company has provided mast systems for demanding conditions through a number of projects. The innovations of engineer Kauko Kaasalainen, the creator of the mast systems, make the lifting systems of the company second to none. The short erection time and reliable operations of masts produced by SK-LIFT are globally in a league of their own.

“The mast systems of SK-LIFT alongside Conlog Oy’s mobile system platforms create an excellent combination, which has opportunities well beyond Finnish borders,” says CEO Petri Kaarre of Conlog Oy. “SK-LIFT is an excellent addition to the SES group, and further improves our ability to provide our clients in the defence industry with all-inclusive solutions.”

Conlog Oy is the leading developer, designer, manufacturer and modifier of products for the defence and security industries in Finland. The company is also internationally renowned. Conlog offers comprehensive life cycle services for its products. Conlog Oy has production facilities in Oulu and Rautalampi, Finland. SK-LIFT is headquartered in Lempäälä, Finland.
